La Sportiva Pro Purchase Guidelines:
Thank you for choosing La Sportiva products! We appreciate your support and we pride ourselves in being your brand of choice for outdoor or indoor pursuits. The privilege to purchase our products at Pro Purchase pricing comes with some responsibilities and codes of conduct.
- 1. Purchases are for your personal use only. This is not for friends, family or for resale. Violation will result in loss of pro purchase privileges. (On occasion, we may invite you to buy a gift for friends or family).
- 2. DO NOT go to a store to find your size. Violating this rule will result in immediate revocation of your pro account.
- 3. DO NOT discuss pro pricing with anyone. Violation of this rule will result in immediate revocation of your pro account. If someone asks about your rad new gear, direct them to a local retailer or directly to La Sportiva.
- 4. DO NOT return products to retailers. Returns must be sent to our facility in Boulder, CO in factory fresh condition. Email [email protected] for a return authorization number (RA#) to return for a product refund, then you can place a new order! No exchanges. We do not pay for return shipping. - 5. The goal of the program is to get you into our products because you are awesome and you deserve a deal. Your job is to talk favorably about La Sportiva products, recommend them to people and direct them to a local retailer.
- 6. Pro purchase access is a privilege and not a right!
- 7. We love our pro customers and we are always trying to provide the best service to you. Sometimes we have huge influxes of orders and we get a little delayed in processing. Our goal is to process all orders once they are received within 3-5 business days.
- 8. Product is subject to availability. In stock items will ship and any remaining item(s) will be canceled. No backorders allowed.
- 9. Orders will ship via ground service, no expedited freight.
- 10. Please check your shipping address for accuracy before placing your order. Address changes are not allowed and orders will be cancelled due to invalid addresses. Address correction fees may apply if the address is incorrect.
