Return Policy


La Sportiva is willing to grant returns on pro orders that are in new, factory fresh condition, as long as the product is returned within 30 days of receipt. You will need to cover the ship costs to return your items to their warehouse in Boulder, CO.

If you would like to return a La Sportiva item, please contact our partner, Outdoor Prolink's customer service team and include your order number. Outdoor Prolink will pass along a Return Authorization # then follow up with more info on the return process. Please note that if you damage or write on the La Sportiva shoe box, there may be a $5 re-boxing fee.

La Sportiva will receive the item(s), credit Outdoor Prolink, and they will process your refund for the items (not the ship costs). You are welcome to place another order for the correct size at any time during this process.
