La Sportiva Pro Purchase Guidelines:

Thank you for choosing La Sportiva products! We appreciate your support and we pride ourselves in being your brand of choice for outdoor or indoor pursuits. The privilege to purchase our products at Pro Purchase pricing comes with some responsibilities and codes of conduct. Breaking any of these rules will result in the termination of your pro account:

  • Purchases are for your personal use only. This is not for friends, family or for resale. (On occasion, we may invite you to buy a gift for friends or family). Violation will result in loss of pro purchase privileges.
  • DO NOT go to a store to find your size. Violating this rule will result in immediate revocation of your pro account.
  • DO NOT discuss pro pricing with anyone. Violation of this rule will result in immediate revocation of your pro account. If someone asks about your rad new gear, direct them to a local retailer or directly to La Sportiva.
  • Returns must be sent to our facility in Boulder, CO. Email for a return authorization number (RA#)
  • The goal of the program is to get you great products because you are awesome and you deserve a deal. Your job is to talk favorably about the products, recommend them to people and direct them to a local dealer.
  • Pro purchase access is a privilege and not a right!
  • We love our pro customers and we are always trying to provide the best service to you. Sometimes we have huge influxes of orders and we get a little delayed in processing. Our goal is to process all orders once they are received within 3-5 business days.
